Integrated Massage (I.M.) Spa is a cozy community hub for health information, bodywork (massage therapy) services, acupuncture, Eminence Organics skincare, body wraps and scrubs, Essential Oils, body waxing, and spa parties in beautiful downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas.
We have the most amazing job in the world. People come to us in pain, grieving loss, celebrating birth, and needing help with dealing with the stress of everyday life on the planet. We are so honored to be here.

Meet Our Team
Julie got her Massage training at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness in Davenport, Iowa in 2010. She worked at University of Northern Iowa as a Massage Therapist until 2013 when she and her fiancé moved to Fayetteville and she started people mashing at I.M Spa. She loves Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Chair Massage, Foot massage, and Sports Massage.
Jessica has a Bachelor’s in Social Work. She has worked with migrant farm workers in the boot heel of Missouri as well as Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Her Massage Therapy training is from the Scherer Institute of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, NM., where she was privileged to see, first hand, the positive effects of Massage on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in the Veteran population.
Jessica has been practicing Massage (and loving every second of it) for six years. She incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Reflexology, and a multitude of other modalities into her massage style. She practiced in Missouri before she began her work at I.M. Spa three years ago when she moved to NW Arkansas to start a sustainable farming project with her best friends from college.
Jessica loves doing prenatal massage. She is a trained Birth Doula through DONA International, and a member of the NW Arkansas Doula Connection, providing emotional and physical support to expectant mothers during pregnancy and labor.
Wife for 25 years, mother of 4 sons, Air Force veteran, massage therapist for over 20 years, loves traveling the world to learn more about bodywork, is a sponge for health education, loves teaching people about Raw Food and discovering Raw Food Restaurants, loves running, yoga, all things spa, and is currently in school to get a second bachelors from the University of Arkansas in Nursing. Lisa has practiced acupuncture for 12 years. She enjoys working with a variety of people to reduce pain and stress and improve health. Lisa received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and her Master's Degree in Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is licensed by the State of Arkansas and has practiced acupuncture for 12 years. Lisa lives in Fayetteville with her family.
Jennie is a certified Medical Assistant through Petra Allied Health. She will most likely be the person you talk to when you call in to schedule an appointment. She loves people and is at your service! She’s even been known to shovel the snow out of the parking lot to make it easier for clients to make it to their massage appointments. Transplanted from Hawaii 23 years ago, Jennie has a dyed in the wool Southern accent and spends her down time quilting—a lot.
